Hello, human! Cora here — your resident off-lead trusted packmate. Before we trot off into the sunset, here are the rules of the trail, kept simple and sniffable:

1. Who We Are

Ministry of Dogs || K9 Services is your go-to for countryside adventures, home visits, pet taxi rides, and slobbery affection.

​

2. What You Get

By signing up, you agree that we provide pet care services with care, compassion, and squeaky-clean standards.

​

3. Walkies Conditions​

• Dogs must be friendly and well-socialised (or disclosed if nervous)

• We walk in secure countryside locations unless otherwise agreed

• Group and solo walk options available

• Safety leads/harnesses used where needed

• Dogs will get wet, muddy, and gloriously happy

​

4. Health & Emergencies

• Please let us know about health issues, allergies, meds, or vet details

• If anything unexpected happens, we’ll contact you and/or head to the vet (at your cost)

​

5. Cancellations

• 24 hours’ notice = full refund or reschedule

• Less than 24 hours = full charge (unless we’re feeling generous... or it was raining cats AND dogs)

​

6. Payment

• Invoices are sent monthly or per session

• Payment via bank transfer, bone tokens not yet accepted

​

7. Responsibility

• You confirm your pet is vaccinated, microchipped, and insured (if applicable)

• We are fully insured, first-aid trained, and DBS checked

• Accidents can happen, but we do our very best to avoid them

🚗 Client Agreement: Tummy Rubs & Legal Bits

 

 

This isn’t a scary contract. Just a paws-on-the-ground agreement between us.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate info about your pet

• Give us keys/access only with your full consent

• Allow us to take photos/videos for updates or adorable marketing  (opt-out anytime)

• Let us know if routines, meds, or behaviours change

❌ Booking & Cancellation Policy (AKA The Treat Jar Rules)

​

   We understand life happens. Here’s how we handle changes:

• Booking: Book via our site, email, or WhatsApp. Advance notice appreciated

• Cancellations:

  • 24+ hrs = no charge

  • Less than 24 hrs = full charge

  • Emergencies? Just speak to us. We’re human (and canine).

• No Shows: If we arrive and can't access your dog, full charge applies

• Weather: We walk in most weather, but if safety is a concern (e.g., extreme heat), we may shorten or reschedule
